Thup designed and produced this fast-paced movie trivia game for National CineMedia (NCM) America’s largest cinema advertising network. Shuffle was produced using the latest WebGL technology, allowing the game to be played instantly in a web browser as well as on computers and as an app on mobile phones.

Noovie Shuffle premiered in 60% of U.S. theaters advertised in front of showings of Avengers: Endgame, drawing a big pool of trivia fans to play.

Trivia Mix

Shuffle includes a collection of rapidfire and bite-sized movie trivia mini games appealing to casual movie fans and diehard trivia buffs.

Decks and Sponsors

Themed decks let players choose their favorite trivia topics to play. The decks also serve as a key marketing opportunity for NCM, allowing them to sell promotional decks for new movie releases and key advertisers.

Shuffle was developed using WebGL (Phaser IDE), which allows the game to be played immediately with no installs. Any platform with a browser can be used: computer, mobile, tablet.
